Open - 18+ division, geared for the player looking for the highest level of competition, modified outdoor game
Recreation - 30+ division, geared toward the beginner and intermediate lacrosse player, modified outdoor game
Box – 30+ division, box rules
Wednesday Nights 6:00pm-11:00pm
League starts September 15, 2010 and runs through November 10, 2010
- 6 v 6
- 8 games, 50 Minutes (2 x 25 minute halves)
- Minimum 11 players per team
- US Lacrosse Rules
All players must have appropriate equipment: gloves, Arm Pads, Shoulder Pads, Mouth Guard, and Helmet
